Metuah, Amosu, and Umar on trial for the arms procurement scam and collecting money from the office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) are eager to return their loot for freedom. 
These are few of many who still govern and hold public  offices in the country. My question is, should they be allowed to govern, gain freedom and be severely punished according to the judicial orders?.
