13 year marriage collapses over sex deprivation

From sources gathered, An Igando Customary Court in Lagos has dissolved a 13-eyar old marriage between Mr. Rasak Balogun and a Businesswoman, Mrs. Oluwabunmi Balogun, over food and sex starvation.

The petitioner, Mr. Abiodun Balogun, 51 an accountant, had filed a suit seeking the dissolution from his Forty-year old Mrs. Balogun. The wife raised an allegation that her estranged husband attempted to tape their teenage housekeeper and that his husband was a flirt who has moved out of the house to an unknown location with another woman. She said her love for her husband is still intact.

The husband responded t hat this was untrue and that the wife always accuse him of dating women she saw in his car and always end up  beating them and insisted his love for the wife has faded. 

In his judgment, the court’s president, Mr. Adegboyega Omilola said the petitioner was adamant despite mediation form the court and family and pronounces the marriage between the two as dissolved and henceforth cease to be husband and wife.
