TIPS TO GET RID OF MOUTH ODOUR




Do you have bad mouth odour that gets you uncomfortable when you are around people, friends. Then these simple tips will get you cleared without spending a lot.
1. LEMONS
    
    Lemons like most citrus fruits are acidic. They prevent the growth of most            bacteria. to get rid of mouth odour, add a teaspoon of lemon to a cup of water.      Add a pinch of salt. Gargle this mixture before bed daily. 


2. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
    
    Apple cider vinegar has antiseptic properties. To get rid of bad breath, mix a         tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a cup of water and drink.
3. BAKING SODA

     Baking Soda can be used to whiten your teeth, remove bad breath and even to       bake. For mouth odour, mix a teaspoon of baking soda in warm water.                 Gargle this mixture twice or twice a day for maximum effect. 



4. TEA

     Black, green or hebal teas. they are great for banishing mouth odour. Simply         drinking green or black tea three times a day can cure your bad breath.
