TRAIN KILLS NYSC MEMBER IN LAGOS

An unknown female member of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, was yesterday, crushed to death by a train in Ikeja Local Government Area, Lagos State.




According to news articles, it was gathered that the Corp member's body which was seriously mangled, was left lying on the rail line, attracting passers by to the scene.

Sources said that an effort to call her attention to the oncoming train proved abortive as she was busy pressing her phone with an ear piece plugged into her ears which made her unable to hear the sound of the oncoming train.

The Victim was later rushed to the hospital for medical attention by some bystanders.

May her soul rest in peace.
